Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All Product orders (candles and skincare) are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Branded Merchandise Shipping
(Notebooks, tshirts, tumblers etc...) We currenlty use POD (Print on Demand Service) for our branded products, As a result the shipping times are 8-11 business days. If you place an order for merchandise and products, you will receive two separate tracking numbers. (1 for your products and 1 for your merchandise) Next Day shipping is not available for merchandise.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Local Delivery Policy
We currently do not offer local delivery
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Damages
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you received a damaged item please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Take a picture of the item(s) along with the order number and email [email protected] or select the contact us tab on our website https://www.justjlyn.com After reviewing the situation we will contact you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
How can I change my shipping/delivery address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address.
